PAYMENT OPTIONS

You can use any major credit card to pay for your order. We use PayPal as our merchant services company, but you don’t need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

RETURNS

We want you to create a life you love! If the item you picked is the wrong color, wrong size, or just doesn’t spark the joy that you thought it would, we will happily accept returns for store credit*. Here’s how that works:

  1. Store credit will be given for the purchase price of any returned items. We do not offer refunds. No Exceptions. Store credit can then be used to purchase the same item in a different size or color or a completely different item. Store credit never expires.
  2. Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items. It will also be your responsibility to ship the items back to us. We do not send return labels, so you can choose the carrier you prefer. No shipping charges to or from your destination will be reimbursed.
  3. Your return must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the date your order was delivered. No exceptions. The delivery date is the date the shipping company documents when your item is delivered to you. Any returns postmarked after seven (7) days of your delivery date will be rejected and you will be required to pay a reshipping fee to receive your merchandise back.
  4. The item you are returning must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging with any tags still intact. We are a small business and cannot accept used items. If these conditions are not met, we cannot process your return.
  5. You must include your receipt or proof of purchase in the box with the return.
  6. The following merchandise is not eligible for return:
    • Gift Cards
    • Sale Items
    • Books
    • Bedding
    • Pillows
    • Bath & Body Items
    • Drop Ship Items

All items must be returned to us and not to the manufacturer – even if your item was a Drop Ship item.

NO shipping charges to or from your destination will be reimbursed.*

We are a small business and need this policy in place to help us operate smoothly and wisely. Please remember, all returns are for store credit only*.  We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support!

*The only exception to our “store credit only” and “no shipping charges reimbursed” policies is if the item was damaged when you received it. If your item was damaged when you received it, please see DAMAGED MERCHANDISE for how to resolve. Thank you!

You will be responsible for using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your item. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. That will be between you and the shipping company. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds for returns are for store credit only. (If you received a damaged item, please refer to our DAMAGED MERCHANDISE section to find out how to resolve it.)

When we receive your return, it will be inspected. At that time we will notify you that your return has been received and let you know if the return qualifies for refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 1-3 business days of receiving the item. A gift card will be issued and you will receive it via email.

EXCHANGES

We only replace broken or defective items. If you need to exchange your item of another of the same item, please email orders@artandsoulhsv.com.

BROKEN OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We always strive to find quality items to pass along to you. However, sometimes shipping damage or a lapse in quality control from the manufacturer can end up at your home. If your item comes to you damaged or defective, we are here for you and we will make it right!

Please email the following to orders@artandsoulhsv.com:

  • Your receipt number and the item that is damaged or defective
  • If the item was damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the damaged item and shipping box (damaged or not)

As soon as we receive your email, we will figure out the next steps. We must receive emails for damage within seven (7) days of delivery date. Anything received after that will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

DROP SHIP ITEMS

Drop Ship Items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.

If there’s any obvious damage to the package when delivered, please take pictures and make sure the delivery person notes it on the paperwork before you sign for it.

If the packaging looks really bad, please take pictures, refuse delivery, and email orders@artandsoulhsv.com immediately for further instructions.

Drop ship items must be returned to Art & Soul Inspired Home and we will work with our vendor to take care of the situation.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND

If it has been five (5) or more days since you received our email confirming your return qualified for a refund, please check your junk or spam folder. The email will come from orders@artandsoulhsv.com. If you have done this and still not received your credit, please email orders@artandsoulhsv.com and let us know.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items qualify for refunds. We do not refund sale items.

PROMOTIONS

Occasionally, we have promotions and sales on items and issue a promo code or discount code. Here are our policies on using those codes:

  • Promo or discount codes are not valid on prior purchase.
  • Items purchased with a promo or discount code may be returned for store credit within seven (7) days of the date your order was received. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
  • Certain items may be excluded from promotions. If so, they will be noted as such during the promotion.
